Job Description

  • To support and manage various projects concerning Edelweiss. And to coordinate project activities across different business functions / teams. Work closely together with members in Edelweiss
Other Responsibilities
  • Interact with both team and potentially stakeholders to deliver high quality services that meet business requirements and expectations while applying the latest available tools and technology.
  • Provide administrative support to CEO/COO office and manage / coordinate with other administrative assistants
  • Provide key support on calendar management for MD/ Business Head.
  • Provide team administration support. Provide reminders (verbal or email) to colleagues to create awareness of and ensuring adherence to all policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to all Group Policies and practices it on our day to day work in handling all work-related matter.
  • Coordinate with CBRE on daily facility management services and Group s CRE team on property build projects, facilities management activities.
  • Coordinate among users, legal team and Group s SCM team for local procurement requests.
  • Active in participation in all staff engagement activities organised by the team members and able to assist in coordinating activities to make a success event
Our Ideal Candidate
  • Bachelor s Degree / Graduates from a recognized university
  • Fluent in verbal and written English and Mandarin (Cantonese is a plus)
  • 2 - 5 years relevant work experience as an Administrative Assistance in a firm
  • People/ Human Resource/ Business Planning Manager/ Executive Support experience is an added advantage
  • Trusted individual with high integrity and observe the highest standard of Code of Conduct
  • Independent problem-solving, highly motivated and self-directing
  • Strong communication with an excellent standard of English (written and spoken)
  • People/ Human Resource/ Business Planning Manager/ Executive Support experience is an added advantage
  • Well-versed in daily schedule management - including work plans and meetings (with internal business partners or external stakeholders).
  • Maintaining action trackers (and follow-up), as well as the status of assignments.
  • Effective communication with stakeholders (both internal and external).
  • Maintain good relationship with colleagues and stakeholders, respect and value our diversity and collaborate as one team.
  • Strong managerial and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
