About Businessline/Function :The role is in CBIT - Business Analysis and Solutions Team catering to India Cash Management projects. The function is that of a Business analyst with End-to-End project management & coordination working closely with business and operations stakeholders as well as internal development, TCOE, IT security, architecture and other transversal teams. Job Title: Business Analyst Date: Department:Global Banking IT Location:Infinity Mumbai Business Line / Function: Reports to:(Direct) Grade: (if applicable)(Functional) Number of Direct Reports: Directorship / Registration:NA Position PurposeTo function as a business analyst for India Cash Management catering to a number of applications related to the eBanking platform. To completely manage the end-to-end eBanking implementations with Business and other stakeholders. Needs to be involved in the requirements gathering, writing of the business requirements and functional specifications. Needs to liaise up with the development team, TCOE, coordinate UAT and be involved in production implementation.The candidate must be able to: Clearly understand the client business requirements and provide optimal solutions Contribute to the analysis and drafting of business requirements and functional specifications, Writing of Business Test Cases and conducting the SIT & UAT cycles. Should be well versed with the SDLC cycle, quality and release control processes Should have high-level technical knowledge to be able to drive technical/security related changes with the IT teams.Should be able to feed inputs and status reports into management updates.Should be able to drive projects end to end with a single delivery ownership. Responsibilities Direct Responsibilities Writing and Reviewing BRDs, FSDs, working closely with Business and operations stakeholders for requirement analysis for Cash management applications and eBanking platform.Needs to be involved in the requirements gathering, writing of the business requirements and functional specifications. Needs to liaise up with the development team, TCOE, coordinate UAT and be involved in production implementation.Manage the project SDLC governance and QA activities Contributing Responsibilities Work closely with internal development, TCOE, IT security, architecture and other transversal teams.Review overall solution to see the best and optimized fit into the applications old and new.Work as a team player for topics spanning across projects, teams.Quality conscious and appropriate documentation complying to SDLC standardsWork with Governance , QA , OPC teams to provide timely updates on projectsContribute to managing the agile scrum meetings and sprint cycles.INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL LIAISONInternal: IT teams local and regional The Product Teams from the BNPP business line. Global Transaction Banking (GTB) Operations, Management & PMO Reporting External: BNPP clients and their local IT teams or vendor on a need basis. Technical & Behavioral Competencies The candidate should have strong functional skills and excellent communication skills. The job requires: 1. Background in Cash Management payments, reporting, etc. 2. Knowledge of E-banking systems and their implementation. 3. Strong background of payments and reporting platforms with a good knowledge of End-to-End flows. 4. Knowledge of Core banking systems 5. Knowledge of various clearing systems and different Indian standard payment types like RTGS,NEFT, IMPS, Cheques, LVP, Cross-Border TTs, etc.Besides, the following skills are also expected: 6. Clear organization and ability to manage projects with end to end coordination and delivery ownership. 7. Service-oriented attitude and strong commitment to client satisfaction 8. Interpersonal skills, ability to consolidate action plans and report progress status 9. Capable of adapting to a new environment and to work under pressure towards tight deadlines 10. Analytical, lateral thinker and result-oriented person 11. Team player demonstrating self-initiative when necessary 12. Excellent verbal and written communication Specific Qualifications (if required)Experience required:Around 6 - 10 years overall banking experience 4 - 5 years minimum experience of working/implementing E-banking systems, Collections platforms, development across various cash management applications. Working Knowledge of at least one Database (Oracle/MS SQL), 3 tier architecture, Web application servers, and basic UNIX is a plus.
