Key Responsibilities To understand business requirement Understanding business requirements through user requirements gathering sessions to take lead a project from very beginning till the project is delivered successfully Mapping business requirements to Functional solutions and Prepare BRD document Creating Functional specifications from which developers can create application solutions. Prepare test Plan with scenarios and Test cases , detailing the test steps. Identify and gather data from various sources. Execute test cases and record result Take ownership of product delivery timelines and milestones typical tasks involve analysis of business requirement requests, liaising with Development Team and Management to complete development, support of UAT Analyze business problems and provide solutions. Participate with peers and represent the business on project teams Should be able to communicate the business idea and thought process clearly Preparing vendor assessment sheet Co-ordinating with vendor to for the issue raised in particular application/process Following up withLegal and complaince team for vendor onboarding process Handhold branches /shareshops for implementing new process/product Responsible for Commodity issues, Change request in equity Back office , helping in DIY solutions Key Internal / External Relationships Internal Teams Head of Department Internal && external customers (Branches, Franchisees, Vendors, Banks)JOB DESCRIPTION Role Requirements / Required Skills and Experience Essential Qualifications and Experience Graduate/Post Graduate && above from recognised university Sound knowledge of MS Office 4 or more years of work experience securities market preferred Strong understanding of Stock Market Functions - Sales, Trading, Customer View, Reports, Back office, etc Essential Skills/Competencies (Behaviour and Soft skills/Technical/Leadership) Worked in similar capacity to any BFSI segment (preferred capital market) Working knowledge of the broking business with an emphasis on the project management skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Effective Team Player Ability to work under pressure Analytical and logical Ability to work independently as well as in a team Ability to do multi-tasking on the work assigned Logical thinking && go getter attitudeRegards,Dolly8850116691
