Understand the business process of the company and how it is performed.Develop knowledge and expertise on principal companys domain.Analyze business processes and provide consultation for functional requirement of processes.try to map the same as available in vanilla or available customization.Determine how to improve existing business process. Identify ways to improveperformance at work, discuss improvements in existing process to benefit the team, users, and external customer and in turn the organization.Support initiatives of others to develop the organization and self.Review existing tools of functions and improvise on them to enhance performance.Validate change requirements in line with the requirement and negotiate with Client.Maintain and update documents for system and business processes.Build relevant documents in support of the objectives of the principal companyand to define the required solution.Design the features of IT systems (create functional requirements) .Raise requests for development / customization based on requirements.To test as per scenarios mentioned in BRD before UAT phase.Takes ownership for any system issues resolution.Problem solving to avoid any escalation. In case of slippages, ensure timely escalations.Support the UAT activities of the solution to gain agreement and alignment of the solution.User Training for system flow and preparing / validating User Manuals.Understand the functional flows of solution and Coordinate with Vendor support team for: Queries related to the system flow.Issues identified and raised.Follow- up on support tickets.Coordinate with customer team. Support regular communication with principal, manage customer inquiries and provide resolution.Communicate on an on- going basis with the user and get periodic feedbackto understand their level of satisfaction. Manage their expectations.Support daily issues / queries raised by the end users.,
