DescriptionDescriptionPre Requisite8 - 10 years of experience in Telecom domainKnowledge of how cloud services , network technologies , security architecture projects / programs , processes and / or controls fit into both the Enterprise and Service Provider environment.Requiring systems analysis and organizational skills. Expertise with all phases of product life cycle from definition , design , development and test to deployment , field support and end of life.ResponsibilitiesThe opportunity for a highly energetic individual to drive the innovation in Service Operations and Assurance related technologies. The right candidate will be responsible for implementation and development of next phase of NTT Global Networks / NTT s next generation service operations platform based on cutting edge SDWAN , NFV , SDN technologies , cloud virtualization technologies , and cloud computing technologies. This person will be required to work with a team of architects , developers , network engineers , security engineers , operation support engineers , and suppliers to define and test an auto system , which integrates with company s OSS / BSS systems , Engineering tools , etc. This job requires supporting the team / projects 80% , and technical vision / design 20% of time.The candidate needs to perform the following duties on a day - to - day basis : Liaise with the Operations team to support and enhance processesParticipate in the architecture , design and development of services and tools.Liaise with other solution architects in similar roles and global product management to define standardized solution baselines , application add - ons as well as industrialized delivery options.Work closely with Business Unit Leads , acting as a subject matter expert in the processes and their systems Architecture and solutions , supporting our regional teams with their capability development and skills growth.Work with product management to collect product requirements and convert them to software development requirementsDocument , partner , and share templates , techniques , and Artifacts with other development teams around NTT Global Networks / NTT.Required Skills and ExpertiseAbility to work in a dynamic and complex organization , requiring creativity and flexibility. Should be able to drive requirements end to end additional PM skills will be added advantage to track projects in timely fashion.In - depth working knowledge of Service Provider networks and operational support processes (understand telecom business requirements.Knowledge of how technologies , processes and / or controls fit into both the Enterprise and Service Provider environment.Experience using agile scrum methodology and reporting progress through JIRA. Should be able to use Word , Excel , PPT , and Visio.Ability to clearly communicate to executives , auditors , end users , and engineers , using appropriate language , examples , and toneShould be able to articulate requirements as user stories which are understandable by ITShould be fluent in English language with good communication skillsShould be a good team player and help co - ordinate with crossfunctional teams.Should be keen observer , negotiator and open to accept new challengesExperience - 8 - 10 yearsEducation - Any Graduate,
