Job Description

  • Resource Management(Managing team members for different projects)
  • Team Building (Team members grooming and awareness for new technologies for them)
  • Requirement Analysis and prototyping (Analysing requirement for client and suggesting suitable technology for the same. It includes client meeting for requirement gathering)
  • Estimation and Timeline evaluation(After analysing requirement, estimating cost and timeline for the same, which includes sending proposal with followups to the client)
  • Task Allocation (Deviding project into modules and modules into task. Assigning task to the team members who assign to that project)
  • First level testing (Testing project on initial level to avoid any issues or bugs in the system)
  • Timely Project Delivery (Getting work done from team members within specified time allocated to the project and deliver solution to the client)
  • Client Communication(Communicating with client along with internal team to keep client updated with current status of the delivery)
  • Project risk identification and accessment
  • Change request management
  • Dealing with conflict
