  • Working in Implementation and Support divisions of Software business analysis.
  • Training Users on Product Functionality.
  • Functio nal testing of software to provide bug free software to clients.
  • Interact with Clients; prepare a roadmap for Implementation of Software.
  • Issue analysis and escalation as per the process defines.
  • Responsible for gathering and analyzing Business requirements of the project and transmitting of the same to development team.
  • Closely working with project management team and development team to ensure delivery in committed time.
  • To suggest development team during product development to meet the business needs
  • Responsible for helping the development team to understand and clarify the functional requirements.
