Self-motivated team player with advanced analytical thinking and problem solving skills. 6. End-user support, knowledge transfer and training. 7. Experience in project management: including scheduling, budgeting and resource planning. Responsibilities: Facilitate use case & requirements definition, design, testing, and implementation of new data assets and technology-driven capabilities that address specific business needs. Partner with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to identify strengths and weaknesses within business units. Analyze and document business processes, identify gaps, and propose improvements. Drive new procedures, processes, and solutions within and between teams. Gather and translate business needs into product backlogs and feature requirements. Lead projects with internal and manage 3rd Party partners as part of the delivery of solutions. Test, configure, lead UAT and handoff solutions to end-users. Create training documentation and train users on delivered solutions. Support large initiatives with relevant project management methodology. Act as a subject matter expert (SME) to end-users in owned systems. Manage systems roadmap, capture opportunities and facilitate lasting improvements. Identify, analyze, respond to and track bugs to their resolution. Drive adoption and value by a continued partnership with business users and SMEs. Foster a culture of continuous improvement through the alignment of people, processes and technology. Support organizational objectives balancing the use of Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) systems and custom software development. Actively participate in domain-driven-design sessions along with technical teams and architecture. Work to deliver IT Strategies and Roadmaps to support and underpin key business drivers and requirements as well as participating in the evaluation of new technologies. Soft Skills: Strong knowledge of Excel, Visio, SharePoint, Project Management tools (MS Project, Asana, JIRA) Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management, with experience of dealing with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to grasp the fundamentals of technology platforms and tools and able to communicate proposed IT solutions to different audiences. Exposure or appreciation of agile development and comfortable working in an agile delivery environment. Ability to document clear requirements through user stories or functional specifications. Ability to use analytical tools to specify requirements and familiarity with diagrams such as flow chart, Use case, Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN). Any experience of frontend or backend web development and IT infrastructure concepts is desirable.
