Business Analyst (Credit Bureau) | Welcome to Consult Us Business Analyst (Credit Bureau) Business Analyst (Credit Bureau) Business Unit: Business Solutions Group Information Technology Location: Kanjurmarg, Mumbai Apply Now Job Description Ensure that Requirements are captured First Time Right from the user and translated into cost effective, efficient TO- BE processes by reducing process redundancies and deficiencies Review understanding document and functional specification document and provide feedback to vendors Ensure UAT s are conducted in a thorough manner and the same translates to quality deliverables Prepare test plans to ensure complete system functionality is tested Document the test data along with the test results to ensure resolution of the error and its impact on any other related functionality Obtain the requisite sign- offs from audit/ user/ technology for the change/ patch/ bug fix to be moved to production Ensuring necessary system / operational controls are laid down in order to ensure zero defect rollouts Provide resolution / workarounds to user teams to implement periodic changes Ensure over all functional support for enhancement, errors & maintenance of systems Analyze & report bugs, enhancements / data cleanup in various systems to improve the functioning of the applications Project lifecycle activities from concept, product UAT, Implementation by facilitating tracking, coordinating and reporting project activities to meet business deadlines and complying to IT governance policies and processes Required Profile Prior experience in banking products/ industry (preferred) Domain knowledge of Credit Bureau checks Functional knowledge of Business Intelligence and Credit Bureau system 2- 3 years experience in similar job role Hands on knowledge of SQL / Excel Experience in Requirement gathering, Documentation, testing, back end validation and reconciliation techniques Knowledge of SDLC and Project management Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills to articulate complex processes Apply Now ,
