Roles and Responsibilities
  • Understand the Bank and the department technology roadmap and the benefits and challenges of moving from in-house applications to Software as a Service (SaaS) platforms
  • Work directly with senior stakeholders to understand processes, and key business needs to focus on drawing out clean, achievable requirement
  • Participate in Analysis & Design Fit Gap Workshops
  • Use the outcomes of the Analysis Phase to design solution(s) in existing core HR, Corporate Affairs & Brand and Marketing technology platforms which meet user requirements, satisfies regulatory objectives, utilises vanilla technology wherever possible and achieves cost / benefit expectations within the design principles
  • Prepare & deliver business requirements, solution design documents, functional specification and requirement traceability matrix
  • Responsible for stakeholder management and help the team to collect the requirements/help to fine tune the requirements
  • Partner with the process teams to design best practice HR Business & system processes, eliminating manual steps where necessary
  • Collaborate with external vendor and/or implementation teams as part of ITO managed projects
  • Drill into low level details when required at critical junctures in projects and ensure focus on delivery of business aims within the technology framework
  • Responsible to provide solution from a standard product / architecture perspective
  • Participate in key decision-making discussions liaising with business stakeholders
  • Provide necessary data analysis and interface mapping to the team and business
  • Responsible to provide guidance on standardisation of interfaces with other applications
  • Understand the Bank s systems development framework process & technology delivery assurance
  • Responsible to manage the change request effectively and efficiently during the project delivery with all agreed controls

Our Ideal Candidate
  • 8+ years of experience in banking domain/product knowledge with IT working experience
  • Mandatory knowledge of Cyber Security and Information Controls and have worked on projects to enable security controls
  • Experience working on Data lineage across systems and knowledge on data classification types is mandatory
  • Experience on application logging, security monitoring tools like OneCert, Splunk is a nice to have
  • Should have knowledge of cyber security controls like MFA, SSO, Toxic access
  • Understanding of the Agile framework of project delivery
  • Functional knowledge of E2E HR systems from Hire through employee cycles is mandatory
  • Experience working on SaaS based platforms is an added advantage
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to interact and coordinate across geographies
  • Excellent attention to detail, analysis, and critical thinking
  • Previous business solution experience is mandatory
  • Very quick learner with strong interest in banking compliance and desire to acquire the knowledge and understanding of Human Resources domain and enterprise resource planning tools and techniques
  • Ability to seek and gain consensus in a multi-cultural, cross-border and matrix reporting environment
  • Graduate degree in computer science or relevant degree
