1The Business Analyst will be responsible for eliciting, analyzing and managing the requirements needed for building management Solutions Writing User Stories/ Functional Specification Documents (FSD) to document all possible scenarios for a User while interacting with the productResponsible for any kind of documentation related to the Sprints, Requirements & Functional flow of the product.Preparing Process Flow to understand the user journeyPreparing wireframesPreparing a Work Breakdown Structure to document the product functionalitiesCreate project Plan and track project timelines and milestonesArranging meeting with clients, understanding requirements, creating and maintaining the product backlog for each product.Required to support running the sprints processes, bridging between the client requirements and the product development teamRunning the sprint planning meetings and work with both the developers and QA team to ensure the requirements are fully met and validatedProvide demos to the stakeholders at the end of each sprint and work with the stakeholders to prioritize the next sprints work;Coordinating and facilitating UAT testing to make sure the product meets user expectationsResponsible for the day- to- day operations of the project and provide status updates to the management when requestedProactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plansPresent status reports to the executive management, analyze feedback, and troubleshoot problem areasBe able to manage project Risks, manage risk register and be able to develop mitigation strategiesDesired Profile:Should have at least 3 years of corporate experience as a techno functional Business Analyst in Insurance DomainShould be familiar with concepts of Mutual Funds, Equity, Debt instrumentsShould have an experience creating Business & Functional Requirement DocumentsShould have an experience in creating product workflowsShould have an ability and an experience to effectively gather requirements Should have an ability to perform RCA on the Requests with quick turn aroundApply Now,
