Job Description

    Dear Candidate,Greetings fromLarsen & Toubro Infotech!We are hiring forBA -Core/Corporate Banking profile.Skill: BA - Core/Corporate BankingYears of Experience: 5 to 11 Years.Detailed JD :-
    • Work in close collaboration with different stakeholders i.e. product teams, operations etc. to jointly develop the requirements for current/target state Virtual Account platform
    • Collaborate with other Technology teams to ensure technology solution aligns to the standards and best practices and ensure dependencies and risks are addressed
    • Define the end to end functionality/technology flow of the ecosystem, target state and transition states, options for reaching target state and rationale and roadmap working closely with the Architecture group
    • Be a partner to the business stakeholders and understand underlying benefits delivered and drivers for the requirements to be delivered by technology teams
    • Lead workshops to describe application functionality and the ability to support current business functions and processes, determine functional gaps, propose workarounds, and identify potential areas of development.
    • Lead the team of business analysts and guide them to adopt Agile practices e.g. definition of user stories, backlog, acceptance criteria
    • Collaborate with Development and QA leads and act as the voice of the business to author BSMs, define sprint goals, define epics/stories, participate in agile ceremonies like sprint review, retrospective and jointly address issues related to prioritization, scoping and timelines
    • Influence and negotiate with senior leaders across functions, as well as communicate with external parties as necessary
    • Assist Technology teams with Implementation of functionality

    Qualifications:
    • Experience of Business Analysis and/or Agile Product Owner roles in Corporate / Institutional Client Banking & Treasury Services context.
    • Experience in leading team of business analysts, functional architects in major financial institutes or Global Banks
    • Experience of using JIRA, Confluence.
    • Experience of using Agile practices while working in large scale banking transformation programs with geographically distributed teams.
    • Agile Product Owner certification is desirable but not mandatory.
    • Extensive experience in e2e solution definition of high performant technology platforms using modern engineering practices like microservices, event based architecture, real time streaming etc. in a banking, fintech set up
    • Highly credible technical leader who is confident to dive deep on product, code base and conduct / support proof of concepts as required
    • Experience of both greenfield and brownfield legacy platform modernization.
    • Experience on Core Banking , Core Account (CASA) , NEFT , RTGS, Account Lifecycle, Current account opening , closing.
    • Experience with modern Virtual Accounts core banking platforms is desirable but not mandatory
    • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
    • In depth understanding of corporate banking products and the product life cycle , especially within core-banking , treasury, liquidities, payments and receivables
    • Good understanding of accounting concepts and book keeping,
    • Should have excellent inter-personal skills to build strong working relationships with multiple stakeholders
    • Ability to communicate (both verbal and written) issues in a clear and timely manner to build trusting partnership with a wide variety of audiences and stakeholders.
