Job Description

    Role - Business ArchitectKey Responsibilities:
    • Business Process Mapping and Validation:
    • Engage with stakeholders to map overall Sales business processes.
    • Able to define target operating model & follow the implementation compliance
    • Validate business requirements, design acceptance criteria, and develop test cases.
    • Create and evolve Business Architecture:
    • Identify and define key business capabilities required to achieve Sales organizational objectives.
    • Develop and maintain business architecture to enable strategic planning and decision-making.
    • Ensure alignment of business capabilities with technology solutions to drive organizational growth.
    • Gather and Analyze Business Requirements:
    • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives.
    • Conduct thorough analysis to translate business requirements into actionable insights
    Stakeholder Liaison:
    • Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clear communication and resolution of issues.
    • Facilitate understanding of challenges and collaboratively develop solutions.
    • Documentation and Specifications:
    • Create detailed documentation, including business architecture, functional roadmap, requirements, process flows, and functional specifications.
    • Ensure documents are updated and accessible to relevant teams.
    • Issue Investigation and Root Cause Analysis:
    • Investigate issues to identify root causes and work with technical teams to implement solutions.
    • Address recurring issues by implementing process improvements to prevent future incidents.
    • Industry Trends and Knowledge Sharing:
    • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to address client needs and challenges effectively.
    • Share relevant knowledge to inform decision-making and support innovation.
    Strategic Alignment:
    • Partner with senior business and IT leaders to align organizational goals with technology strategies.
    • Develop and maintain business capability models to ensure alignment with business priorities.
    • Digital Transformation Leadership:
    • Contribute to digital transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
    • Identify emerging technologies and assess their potential to drive innovation within the organization.

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. A Masters degree is preferred.
    • 10 years of experience in IT services, with at least 5 years in a business architecture or strategic selling role.
    • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, frameworks, and tools (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman Framework).
    • Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives in a complex, global environment.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Proficiency with business modeling and analysis tools (e.g., ArchiMate, BPMN, UML).
    • Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies
    • Prior experience of working in Sales Business Function will be a huge plus
