Job Description

Business Description We are looking for a Business Banking Portfolio officer to build and preserve trusting relationships with our newly acquired customers. Well rely on you to find ways to outperform our competition and maintain our companys positive image.To succeed in this role, you should be an excellent communicator, able to work with sales and Branch Banking teams and build rapport with customers. We also expect you to be a strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills. Also you need to ensure that your relationship with customer yields X-sell opportunity.Ultimately, youll maintain strong relationships with ourclientto boost our brand and profits in the long-run.Job Role:

  • Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them
  • Cross sells bank products to existing set of Branch customers which are mapped.
  • Informs customers of new products or product enhancements to further expand the banking relationship
  • Maintains complete relationship record for assigned customer accounts.
  • Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively
  • Upward migrate customer to higher variant products by giving enablers, Hooks.
Job Requirements:
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • MBA/Graduate
  • Minimum work exp. 3 years
  • Knowledge of Basic CASA acquisition, Trinity ,NR & TPP (insurance)
  • Process orientation is must
