Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Identify and ratify the business objectives/outcomes and desired benefits by engaging with the Business Engagement Lead, Business Sponsor, Change Lead, Product Owner and Project Manager (PM).
  • Perform analysis to develop high level and detailed requirements that can be well understood and actioned by Development , Technical/System Analysts and Quality Analysts.
  • Responsible for partnering with the business to understand their processes and procedures, translating those needs into formal documents (use cases / user stories / BRD).
  • Embed requirements into the project by working with the Architects, PM, Test Lead (QA).
, Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree preferred. Minimum 10 years Business Analyst experience in lieu of degree
  • Certified PMI-PBA preferred
