Dear Candidate,Greetings from Omniwish!Our client is a leading IT software development company based out at Mumbai.They have developed softwares which are used as collaboration tools in GRC Domain for Internal Audit, Enterprise Risk and Legal Compliance.Currently their presence is Muscat, South AFrica, Nigeria apart from India.They are currently looking for dynamic,presentable candidate with extremely good communication skills and has experience in Software Sales.Location- Borivali, MumbaiPosition- Business development executive/ Sr Business developmentExperience- 1- 5 yearsCTC- best in market.The Job involves :

  1. Acquiring New customer:
Preparing Short-term and Long Term Sales plan to achieve desired goals. Qualifying leads from various marketing campaigns as Sales opportunities. Contacting potential Clients through Cold call and Emails. Presenting the demo of the software. Proactively identifying cross selling/ up selling opportunities with existing customers. Connecting with existing clients for references to increase sales pipeline.
  1. Customer Relationship Role:
Understand customer requirement and pass on insights to internal team. Maintain long term trusting relationships with client. Be the Primary point of contact till the lead is converted and handed over to Support team.DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Sales - mailing company portfolio, product brochures, ppt etc to prospective clients
  • Demo- Conducting Demos for Clients online as well as personal , depending on the
  • Support- Understanding the customization from client and passing the request to the technical team. Providing info regarding technical specifications for deployment
Accountability- Once deal closes follow up on the implementation timeline to ensure a long lasting client relationship
