Job Description

    Roles & Responsibilities:-
    1. Converting leads for the Organisation.
    2. Keeping track of the proposals submitted and keep communicating with internal and external teams.
    3. Coordinating with the project team and ensuring projects are completed on time
    Converting leads for the organization into proposal
    • Providing relevant proposals for the leads generated
    • Followup and ensure conversion of the proposals shared into sales
    • Analyzing sales data and improving the conversion ratio
    Keeping track of the proposals sent
    • Maintaining the data of proposals generated in the ERP and keeping it updated
    • Sharing the proposals with the estimation team and management for further action
    • Reaching out to prospective clients on a continuous basis
    • Ensuring that the leads generated are serviced (proposal sent/declined etc)
    • Building and maintaining client relations.
    • Proactively pursue new business and sales opportunities.
    Coordinating with the projects team and sharing the information with the client
    • Monitor the ongoing projects of clients and convey the message of the client to the production team and vice versa.
    • Stay in touch with the accounts team for the creation of challan etc. and generation of invoices as per payment terms
