Job Description

(Role in the organization and Key Responsibility Areas )

  • 1st contact with prospect & Cold Calling
  • Assigning leads to sales management, as well as field sales
  • Coordinating Meetings with clients and prospects
  • Generating B2B leads for India, APAC and rest of the world
  • Partner (peripheral products) Sales Management
  • Partner development and management and new channel development
  • Drafting responses to RFIrsquos and Proposals
  • Preparing reports from CRM data on Performance and sales -related figures
  • Communicating critical information to clients including, but not limited to AMC status, payments, feedback
  • Customer Service to a basic extent
  • Searching the database through different web portals, filtering the data according to different verticals
The personnel will be part of a marketing team, but will work individually, hence must be ready to innovate, and have inclination to take initiatives for improving processes and sales. Growth path shall be predominantly in Business and Market Development. Skill Required:
  • Good and fluent communication Skills (Written and verbal)
  • Analytical Skills: Medium
  • Excel : Medium.
Preference of Professional background:
    • English honors, Candidates from Mass comm, PR, client servicing.
    • Domestic call center back ground
    • International call center background
