  • Making calls politely to the potential customers asking for the need of our services. Calling customers, taking appointment from him (same day or plan meeting). Generating of leads can be through references like existing customer ref, principal company provided lead, cold calling, telephonically received, through our engineers etc.
  • Maintaining and updating the sales calls made to the potential customers.
  • Informing to the Directors or BDM incase of any lead.
  • Making the clients aware about our services.
  • Build good relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Work with team to achieve sales performance targets.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENTPreparation of plan for each day (e.g. meetings, calling etc.)
  • Calling customers, taking appointment from him (same day or plan meeting). Generating of leads can be through references like existing customer ref, principal company provided lead, cold calling, telephonically received, through our engineers etc.
  • Checking customers websites understand the architecture of IT deployed at customers place before meeting them.
  • Reviewing Funnel/opportunities on weekly basis and discuss the action plan for the next week.
  • Payment follow up and collections with the customers.
  • Build good relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Work with team to achieve sales performance targets.
