Experience : 1- 5 yrs. Qualification : Any Graduate. Job Responsibility : Candidate with excellent communication and presentation skills with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in Direct/ corporate sales/ Channel Sales Corporate. Sales experience with Telecom/ IT Hardware background. Excellent communication & interpersonal selling skills with ability to interact at all levels in organizations be it CXO levels etc. Product Sales experience of IT Infrastructure Server, storage, End points i. e Laptops, Desktop, Notebooks , Thin Client , Hardware product etc. Should have good negotiation Skills. Mapping the organization. Generating the new business. Responsible to close the orders. Maintains and expands customer base by counseling sales representatives; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities. Mapping the customer entire expansion details and developing sales plan accordingly on the assigned accounts. Create monthly, quarterly sales and service plan on the assigned accounts. Result oriented, high emotional intelligence, restless and willing to work under agreed parameters of performance and operating conditions. Maintains and expands customer base by counseling sales representatives; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities. Create, build and enhance business thru OEM s i. e. Dell , Lenovo , HP , IBM etc Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed. Skills Required : Meeting Sales Goals, Motivation for Sales, Territory Management, Presentation Skills, Performance Management, Building Relationships, Emphasizing Excellence, Negotiation, Results Driven, Sales Planning, Managing Profitability. Result oriented, high emotional intelligence, restless and willing to work under agreed parameters of performance and operating conditions. Should have very good communication skills and Pleasant Personality. Preferably having worked with an S. I. organization Should be a strong Sales Person with Go Getter Attitude.,
