Work closely with Business Development Managers to design, implement, analyze and deploy new business processes. Manage partner relationships to increase business and identify new opportunities for company partnerships. Track all business development activities, analyze quarterly progress. Work alongside Managers to ensure specified territory is managed. Build and maintain successful relationships with Business Associates. Expand market drive business forward. Manages partner communications and resolves escalated issues or questions from partners. Creating new channel partners by Franchisee Development and sub- broker acquisition. Smooth induction of client in to the system and meeting all his queries for initial period till the client is well acquainted with SRE process. Candidates Profile: Good communication Skills. Good knowledge of Basic computer applications like Ms- word, Excel, Power Point, Internet & mailing. Candidates with Franchisee Development and Sub- broker acquisition are preferred. Candidates with experience in Broking industry, Securities and Insurance are preferred. ,
