Job Description

    We are hiring for Business Development Manager position for KPO industry.Designation: Senior Manager Business DevelopmentDepartment: Sales & Business DevelopmentReporting To: Assistant Vice President Business DevelopmentPrimary Objective: Developing new business and account management for 3Gen in the US healthcare provider marketJob Responsibilities:Manage all aspects of Sales, Marketing and Business Development, as per focus area provided by your manager and ensure targets are metIdentifies new business revenue opportunities and along with your manager, develops a strategy for closing new business accountsAssist with transitioning the new account over to operations and to the respective account manager within 4 weeks of closureAssist the Company with the guidance of your manager in developing new service lines based on current trends in the United States marketSubmit marketing report and update CRM (Salesforce) or equivalent on a weekly basisSubmit a sales pipeline report on a weekly basis and participate in weekly sales call with the company managementPrepare and analyse monthly marketing and sales MRMThe person should be well networked within the US and should demonstrate strong sales experience in the past, in this field. Person should be able to work independently.
