The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology and a proven track record of driving business growth. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.Responsibilities:Utilize your expertise in the technology industry to identify potential business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth.Establish and maintain relationships with key Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and customers to enhance business partnerships and generate new leads.Proactively engage with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.Meet and exceed sales targets regularly, consistently driving revenue growth.Keep abreast of market trends and industry developments related to Data Centre, Cloud, Security Solutions, AV Solutions, and Software Solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and product development to ensure a cohesive approach to business development.Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to clients, highlighting the value proposition of our technology solutions.Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable business deals.Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, market trends, and competitive analysis to the management team.Requirements:A minimum of 3-7 years of experience in a similar business development role, with a focus on technology.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.A strong network of OEM relationships and customer contacts in the technology industry.Self-motivated and driven to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.In-depth knowledge and understanding of Data Centre, Cloud, Security Solutions, AV Solutions, and Software Solutions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients at all levels.Tech graduate with a solid understanding of technology concepts and trends.Strong presentation and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
