    We are hiring for aleading B2B partner for reward management and corporate gifting company.Job Title - Business Development Manager (Field Sales)Location - Andheri East, MumbaiExperience - 3 Years in B2B Corporate SalesJob Responsibilites -Client Relationship && Sales:
    • Provide excellent customer service / experience with the ability to develop meaningful and loyal client relationships.
    • Be Brand Ambassador and able to understand and suggest products and services as per customers needs.
    • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
    • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
    • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their requirements and needs.
    • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
    • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
    • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
    • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
    • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
    • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
    • Analyze market and establish competitive advantages
    Stakeholder management:
    • Fostering good rapport and seamless coordination with internal && external stakeholders.
    • Effectively communicating the customer requirements, ensuring that all information is accurate between client and operations so that client satisfaction is exceeded.
    • Managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date data- inclusive of deadlines, client details, correspondence, and traces- in the assigned sales system.
