Job Description

Any Graduate / Post- Graduate with relevant experience Galaxy Weblinks is in expansion mode and we have decided to open one more dedicated sales office this time in Financial capital of India, Mumbai. We already have our Sales Offices in Boston Greater Area, Indore (M. P) Sivakasi (Tamilnadu) location. This position should have the ability to not only communicate the Vision, Mission, Values but genuinely live lead. Ideally this person will have extensive experience in Sales with a track record of measurable success and achievements in delivering and exceeding sales targets in IT - Software Development Designing from Global Markets. Preferred Skills: Leadership, Inside Sales, Target oriented, Understanding of Web Mobile Dev. technologies, Business presentation, Proposal writing, understanding of Sales life- cycle from nurturing leads to sales closure, Problem solving CRM skills. Skills: Proven inside- sales experience. Leadership skills. Hands on experience in writing a series of email copies that leads to action. Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills - Impeccable spelling and grammar. Basic understanding of web mobile app development frameworks. Familiarity with software development life cycle stages. Great research, organizational, and learning skills. Track record of over- achieving sales quota. Proficient in corporate productivity and web presentation tools. Experience working with CRM and lead management tools. Ability to multi- task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Responsibilities: To lead a team of Business Development professionals in Mumbai for Inside Sales and collaborate with Sales team at other locations as well. Continuous improvement in organization s sales processes. Visualizing and improving the business opportunities of the Organization by preparing and executing Sales Strategies for revenue growth, market expansion, partnerships and alliances. Focus on New Client Acquisition retention of existing clients. Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow- up and outbound emails. Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest. Understand customer needs and requirements. Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure. Proposal writing formatting. Close sales and achieve monthly quotas. Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territories and channels. Additional Skills: Must be a good team player. Be comfortable with change and iterations.,
