Responsibilities Work strategically with the Sales manager to deliver forecasts , identify trending opportunities / challenges , and provide recommended solutions. Effectively qualify leads and identify prospect needs , engaging technical resources as required. Conduct conversations with C and VP level Executives to address business needs. Delivery of Online / Onsite Sales Presentations and software Demos. Preparation and delivery of quotes and proposals. Utilize solution selling techniques to effectively guide sales process to close. Meets or exceed sales and product objectives as assigned. Prepare and submit sales performance Report. Keep informed of product line , competition and industry trends that may impact client business activities. Manage Partners / Channels to facilitate sales activity . Facilitate client transfer to service and support teams. Background / Requirements B2B sales experience with enterprise level applications / Experience in manufacturing sector in safety and allied fields with good sales acumen. A proven track record of closed sales , client satisfaction , & team work B-Tech with Enterprise Software sales Experience of 3-5 years , B-Tech MBA with Experience of 1-3 years , Masters / Bachelors in Safety & Sustainability related areas with experience of 2-5 years. Understanding of Environmental , Health , and Safety & Sustainability issues Experience working with FMCG , Power , Chemicals , Pharma , Cement , and Construction Engineering Infra , Energy & Utilities is advantageous. Must have strong verbal & written skills with consultative professional business acumen Must be detail oriented , organized , ethical , responsible , & self-motivated Strong PC literacy [Excel , Outlook , Word , PowerPoint],
