Who have many contacts in Retails at Pan India Level. Should be only from good brands.Salary -6LacsQualification - Minimum HSCLocation - Marol Naka Andheri EastNormal Day Shift 10.30AM to 6.30 PM.JdDeveloping Counters: 50%1.Development of counters in potential stores/malls/boutiques2.Achieve sales Targets2.Identify the decision makers in the malls/stores.3.Ensure Presentation of our brand to the client team and ensure the closure of the deal with Win-Win situation4.Plan prior proper approach and pitch. Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the clients needs, concerns, and objectives.5.Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.6.Ensure Reference check of Client (check Credit Rating)-Documentation of KYC details7.Taking part in Exhibitions.B) Managing the developed Counters:30%1.Ensure proper management and operation of counters in terms of people management at counters, VM, inventory, promotions, logistics, sales, branding, Invoicing, software, etc.2.Be a part of every decision making for the brand as needed.3.Ensure proper functioning of the set systems and operations4.Achieve the Sales targets and ensure organized growth by motivation sales staff5.Ensure proper, timely documentation and analysis of MIS reports with the management and team6.Developing and delivering the business development plans by carrying out research, formulating market analysis and delivering accurate business reports.7.Coordination with the back office sales support team8.Employee management and Training9.Coordination with the PPC team, Back office sales support team, Logistics, etc to ensure timely Quality oriented delivery of products10.Stay Updated with any issue at the counters at any point of timeC) Market Updates and Documentation Reports:20%1.Market research of product line, client taste, changes in existing market, etc and updating the information, feedback, suggestions to the Sales, Marketing & Merchandising team.2.Studying the Sales History, Best Sellers, Sales Buying Pattern, different methods of sales, other MIS Reports and suggest how to increase the sales for his customers.3.Analysis reports to be presented to the mgmt4.Regular Communication/Updation with mgmt. & Customer team and sales staff5.Ensure Solution to the Problems / Hurdles if any at any level & ensure smooth functioning of team.6.Inventory Control and Planning7.Executing Ideas for promotion and feedback of the Clients.8.Coordination with Promotion team for creatives, promotions, and any event, activities pertaining to clients if needed.B.Personal Skill Set: 10%a.Ensuring Team Development and Team Retentionb.Personal Grooming and Behaviorc.Communication skillsd.Negotiation skillse.Patience and politeness with customers and with colleaguesf.Multitaskingg.Punctuality & Regularityh.No Corruption and Briberyi.No encroachment of employees after leaving the job.j.Maintaining good relationk.Ethical practices to be followedIf Interested kindly send me your updated CV.RegardsRahul9029021029
