Job Description

We are looking for a BDM/ Sales Manager with minimum 3 years of experience in selling ERP Solutions and Business Intelligence & Analytics solutions.

  • Have Go Getter Attitude
  • Extrovert with excellent convincing and negotiation skill
  • In depth knowledge of ERP solutions & BI solutions
  • Knows the nerves of IT industry
  • Equipped with current trends in ERP & BI solutions
  • Responsible for expansion of Business and revenue generation
  • Work on leads generated by the Marketing team and ensure closure
  • Keep an eye on competitors offering and have an advantage over them.
  • Ability to build a new database, i.e. cold calling, door to door sales
  • Capable of conducting impressive presentations for clients based on their needs and requirements.
  • Budgeting and forecasting company sales targets and profitably
  • Responsible for the sales achievements.
  • Provide inputs to Sales Heads to design, implement, analyze and deploy new business processes
  • Manage partner relationships to increase business and identify new opportunities for company partnerships
  • Track all business development activities, analyze quarterly progress and suggest new strategies based on findings
