Primary Responsibilities/ Skills: Excellent Oral and Written skills (Email) and basic arithmetic skills required. Ability to develop and deliver presentations. Ability to create, compose and edit written materials. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Achievement of sales revenues as per the set targets - prepare sales plans to meet given targets and maintain a strong sales pipeline. Generating leads for possible sales, and finding potential clients lead generation campaigns. International Cold Calling Experience/ Database Harvesting and Mass mailing as a part of sales. Discuss the pricing with seniors before sending any proposal out from the company. Prepare presentations, proposals and work orders, sales contracts and reply to RFP and RFI and sequential maintenance of record. Establish, maintain and build potential client relationships and try to acquire more business from them either by referrals or identification of new scope. Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow- up, and adherence to goals. Formal proposal or presentation management and writing and pitch and presentation rehearsals. Change the marketing collateral time and again to incorporate any updates. Additional Responsibilities Advising on, drafting and enforcing sales policies and processes new product development. Follow- up for collection of payment from clients (accounts maintained) . Develop and maintain sales materials and current service knowledge. Resolve client concerns, coordinate with company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales and support required to delivery/ quality. Communicate new service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through market intelligence to appropriate company staff. Provide on- the- job training to new sales employees. ,
