1. Business Development Manager - (Vacancy # 1 Male) Candidate will have to exhibit consistent professional approach through the highest standards of service delivery. Actively contribute to meetings and exceed sales targets and profit. Responsibilities: # Locating and developing the scope of business in line with the revenue and sales through appropriate media and achieve the set target. # Ensuring all opportunities and efforts are taken to promote the products in expanding the client base. # Establishing new business through direct corporate contact and agency business. # Understanding clients requirement and appropriately presenting various products and terms condition. # Developing and maintaining relationships and ensuring proper support and services to the clients. # Developing innovative ideas strategies to meet the sales objectives # Providing support and coaching to new team members. # Ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining turnaround time (TAT) The candidate should be a Graduate/ Post Graduate with good written and spoken English communication skills. He should also be good at Data Information Management. The candidate should have good presentation and persuasion skills. He should have high motivation for sales and targets. Computer knowledge with excel is a must. Experience (minimum 1 year) in retail- loan is a must. # Understanding client s requirement and appropriately presenting various products and terms & condition. # Developing and maintaining relationships and ensuring proper support and services to the clients.
