Dear Candidate,We have the following requirements for the post of Business Development Managers for our client which is a leading Portfolio Management, Investment Banking, Stock Broking and Financial Advisory Services Company located and BKC- Bandra-Kurla Complex, Bandra (East) Mumbai. Below mentioned is the job description:-1. Successful applicants having 2-3 years of experience will work directly alongside senior investment bankers and support deal origination and execution efforts across Capital Markets and Private Equity transaction advisory.2. There will be an active involvement in work streams, including: Setting up Meeting with prospective clients after preliminary analysis of Companies Undertaking market research and analysis;3. Preparing and producing presentation materials such as pitch books, investor collaterals (teasers and information memoranda), transaction documents and client board notes;4. Developing, building and working on valuations materials including financial models, comparable analysis etc.;Key Attributes- Applicants should be: -1. Enterprising individuals interested in front-end investment banking roles; -2. Fast-learning, self-starters and go-getters with strategic mind sets; and - Versed with valuation, accounting concepts and financial modelling Applicants should have3.
