Job Description

    Roles and Responsibilities
    1. Candidate will be responsible for handling Business Development and Marketing for Pharma formulation covering all latam country.
    2. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans in CIS countries and Latin American countries.
    3. You will be a part of Business Development team to generate business and new markets
    4. You will be responsible for planning and implementing budgets, preparing marketing plan and budget, pricing policy, in product development, and achieving Sales & Marketing objectives of the territory
    5. You will train field force and business partners on company products for quality representation, and work in the field to meet doctors, pharmacists, and KOLs for promoting products and doing market research and Co- ordinate with KOLs.
    6. You will prepare brand content such as promotional material, medical and marketing presentations, procure published material, and to respond to medical and marketing queries
    7. You will focus on ROI of the brands and provide periodic reports and recommendations.
    Desired Candidate Profile
    1. B. Pharma or B.Sc and MBA in Marketing , 8 to 12 years in Pharma International sales & business development for Latin American countries.
    2. You should have good knowledge of developing markets, implementing strategy preferably in CIS and Latin American countries.
    3. You should be good in preparing budgeting, pricing policy and preparing marketing plans.
    4. You should also be good in preparing and implementing strategies, making presentation and periodic reports.
    5. You will co-ordinate with medical and sales team for launching new products and training to field force.
