OBJECTIVE Identify, evaluate and develop prospects for new business opportunities and track competitive activity. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Market Research Understands businesses well and conduct thorough research on the same to identify and develop new customers and businesses. Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules etc. Following industry trends locally and internationally Managing records of sales, revenue, and other important data 2. Operations Management (Sales) Maintaining a pipeline of all new projects using Salesforce software. Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans. Work in liaison with technical personnel to track key projects. Regular interaction with Principals (manufacturers). Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations such as CPhI. 3. MIS Reports, Documentation: Prepare sales related reports.
