    • Responsible for independent in charge of Sales to Govt. & Private Institutions
    • Skills to collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements, to promote the sale of company products, and to provide sales support
    • Confer with customers and Doctorsto assess equipment needs, and to determine system requirements
    • Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships
    • Conducting market research such as customer questionnaires and focus groups
    • Contributing and developing, marketing plans and strategies
    • Organizing sales visits
    • Demonstrating/presenting products
    • Establishing new business
    • Maintaining accurate records
    • Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
    • Reviewing sales performance
    • Negotiating contracts

    • Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies analyzing trends and results
    • Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
    • Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans
    • Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, supply and demand
    • Completes national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work results
    • Maintains national sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
    • Maintains national sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
    • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
    • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
    Skills Required
    • Interested candidates with more experience in Surgical Instrument/Medical/ Pharma Industry who are ready to locate anywhere in India
    • Must have excellent oral & written communication skills in English.
    • Basic knowledge of computers & MS Office.
    • Good Negotiation skills & Soft skills to handle all types of clients over phone
    • Qualification is MBA or Graduate or Post graduate in any stream
    • Fresher with good communication skills
