Position Overview Looking for an Business Engagement Analyst who can work with internal business and technology groups, provide technical & business recommendations, and manage business expectations. We need someone who can manage business engagement function during APAC, EMEA timezone and make business engagement team more accessible to all groups. Our ideal candidate, should have good command over communication and should have the ability to work on multiple requests simultaneously, improve governance processes and manage business needs ahead of time Scope of Responsibility Core Responsibilities Manage Business requests across APAC/ EMEA Timezone Manage technology questions / requests from business groups based in Asia pacific & EMEA region, provide business & technical recommendations and address any urgent needs Collaborate with engineering, operations teams and handover the progress to EMEA/ US timezone associates Review Infrastructure Demand Work with Business groups to upfront review ServiceNow Infra demand requests, on a daily basis and work with them for changes Provide technical recommendations based on Engineering / Architecture standards and guidelines Organic growth Collaborate with Capacity team to report impact on IT Demand and planning on a daily basis Identify business trends across infrastructure usage, compile analysis reports and then follow-up on all results Process documentation Document and enable new processes & guidelines across Technology team Specific Knowledge/ Skills Business Analysis, Process & Governance Acumen, Good Communication skills, ServiceNow knowledge helpful Desired Experience 2-4 years Desired Qualifications Bachelors of Engineering Due to the great number of applications we receive for each of our open vacancies, we are unable to respond on an individual basis.
