For example projects you do will range from a quantitative market analysis based on footfall data to a qualitative analysis of communities in Raipur Learn from the best in the business if you are willing to go over and above regular work Measures of success - In three months: Knowledge of relevant categories Basic understanding of the various agency functions Adapt to the client requirements & timelines given and efficiently deliver on the same In six months: Manage media budgets with end to end campaign management Establish good relations with the Client and the media houses In 12 months: Independently work on the client requirements along with recommendations Learning and experience across traditional, digital, on-ground and branded content planning Worked on end to end award winning solutions Train and mentor new recruits Responsibilities of the role:Develop frameworks and guidelines that will impact business for the planning teamDevelop and cascade consume learnings beyond syndicated databases Recommending the most appropriate media vehicle, as well as the most effective time spans and locations Evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns Preparation and presentation of Weekly, Monthly and Annual competitive as well as category activity reports What you will need: Understanding of media planning tools like BARC, IRS, Advisor, TGI & MAP Good Interpersonal skills Good Analytical skills Ability to multi task Attention to detail.
