Job Description

Position Summary:This position demands a proven and high performing strategic global business leader with a strong colo selling background to own and drive Pis colocation business. This role is responsible for individual revenue targets, focusing on domestic and global markets to win colo and hyperscale customers. This position directly reporting to the CEO, and for the right candidate, it offers a good career path that it has a potential to grow to C - Level in due course for successful candidates. Offers attractive incentives and stock options. Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute key growth sales strategies, tactics, and action plans for both domestic and international markets to generate business of colocation by on-boarding medium and large-scale accounts across all the verticals.
  • Develop weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets for Colo Business, examine growth opportunities, enable sales improvements, colo offerings improvement and taking entire responsibility for the colo business performance against targets.
  • Own the entire sales cycle of colocation business from opportunity identification, validation, qualification, order closing and payment realization.
  • Understand the customer business needs and objectives and effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
  • Work collaboratively across teams including DC Infra, Marketing & Pre-sales.
  • Contribute to the deep penetration of Pi brand through its colocation offerings through multiple channels, online & offline.
  • Identifying relevant platforms, such as events, conferences, launch platforms, and managing the promotion of Pi brand in the right light across the platforms.
Requirements:
  • 12 14 yrs. of overall Datacenter sales experience with at least 8+ years of experience into colo selling.
  • Proven sales experience in winning large enterprise and hyperscale customers from domestic and international markets.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closing.
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
  • Proven ability to position products and offerings against competitors
  • Should have managed large conglomerates and must have extensively engaged and maintained strong relationship with CXOs.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Deep understanding of Colocation Market and market trends.
  • Sales experience with enterprise background is more preferable
  • MBA from premium institutes with technical background is preferred.
