Job Description

Business Head - Consumer Business | FMCG (15-20 yrs)Ideal candidate is an MBA with 15-20 years experience in combination of channel sales, business development, and sales development.Key Roles & Responsibilities :- Strategize, plan, and execute business plans across diverse domains.- Responsible for P&L with Year on Year profit delivery.- Ensures implementation of the strategy designed to grow the business- Build a robust sales & distribution infrastructure for Consumer business.- Build and manage brand architecture, positioning of brands basis consumer/ sales team insights.- Oversee people management and new strategic initiatives.- Identify new opportunities in market, make appropriate strategies to counter competitors strategies through market intelligence.- Manage diverse businesses channels for the Consumer business.- Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills- The incumbent should exhibit entrepreneurial zeal, be hands on and should be able to manage sales as a profit center,
