    Job Title / Designation: Business Head / COO - MumbaiThe Organization (About the Client): The client is a leading diversified well integrated Media & Communication Group with a National presenceThe Assignment (The Role / Job Description): Business Head / COO to handle International Branding and Experiential Design Agency.Responsibilities:He will be responsible for Strategic Planning and P&L of the businessA) Business Development and Revenue Generation- Responsible for P&L of the company- Development & conversion of the potential briefs and driving new business pitches - Retain and grow existing client business - Optimize and maintain control on overheads- Improve Cash Flow and CollectionsB) Strategic Planning- Monitor competition and use innovative ideas to maximize market share while maintaining alignment to overall business & company strategy- Formulate and deliver annual strategies and reviews- Market IntelligenceC) Team Management- Actively build team across departments- Retention & development of the existing resources- Implement & maintain processes and systems for smooth functioning - Contribute to ideas and concepts for furthering the team objectives The Person(Candidate Details): A) Experiencei) Around 40-45 yrsii) Male / Femaleiii) Graduate + MBA preferred.iv) Strong knowledge and understanding of design and brandingv) Strong knowledge of branding and design in the digital domain is essential vi) Strong business relationship in the industryvii) Proven ability to develop new businessviii) Should have experience in team management ix) Knowledge and understanding of cashflow management and P&L managementx) Person with overseas experience is desirableWork Experience: From 15 yrs TO 20 yrs Job Location:MumbaiAbout us One of the leading Executive Search, Selection and Recruitment Research Firms in India.,
