Job Description

    Business Head & Growth Manager - BrandingDrive Growth of Zeno Network - Brand and Business - via ATL, BTL, CRM & Digital- Initiatives to impact consumer acquisition and retention and engagement- Seek and Understand continuously evolving consumer need in the health care ecosystem and represent this need with Business Context for the broader team- Develop GTM Strategy for Growth across channels of Own Stores, Partner Stores, Digital Ecosystem, Value added services and overall Brand leadership in Generics and Pharmacy Segments- Develop Roadmap to Scale Partner Operations to National Level along with Stakeholders- Work Closely with Business Development team throughout the Acquisition funnel and deliver creative and collateral needs- Hire, Train and Monitor activities of the city level growth team deployed to meet the ongoing business growth needs of our Network- Plan City Level, Region Level and Network Level Campaigns to meet GrowthObjectives :- Work closely with Creative Agencies to build and execute brand and performance campaigns across City, Region, Network Level- Enable continuous improvement in growth playbook leveraging insights from CRM team, BTL team and Business Development Team to improve efficiency of performance marketing and scale impact- Annual Business Planning, Budgeting, Deployment and monitoring- Vendor development to meet varied activation needs of the Partner Network- Design, Develop, Deploy programs for Consumers and Customers Retention- Work closely with the marketing team to leverage and synergise with Zeno.Health- Brand building and GTM Strategy and ExecutionCompetencies Behavioural Indicators :- Strong team building skills Thinks Big, Asks Why not- Extremely strong logical reasoning, analytical and problem-solving capabilities- Imparts momentum to things when they get stuck- Consumer Understanding Follows a disciplined approach to planning and development- High Intellectual curiosity Inspires Others- High Problem-solving ability Asks the right questions- Communication Development Is not afraid to break and rebuild,
