  • Managing and implementation of a strategic business program designed to build and reinforce the organizations role and reputation as a leading technology provider in the market of steel metallurgy and infrastructure industry.
  • Developing business strategies to drive volumes through team work. Responsible for discipline and quality assurance of entire team.
  • Manage product profitability, maximize revenue from existing products and create revenues from new products.
  • Product health (strategies, documentation, processes, compliance, competitiveness, industry trends).
  • Manage Product Life Cycle, Continuous Market and Competitor Study.
  • Designing, analyzing & implementing customer acquisition, retention, and usage enhancement product strategy & product- mix, optimize product pricing.
  • Being able to build and manage a strong team. Managing of promotion and travelling budgets and costs.
  • Maintaining reports which include revenue numbers, payment collections and evaluation of team performance and reporting the same to MD.
  • Should have good networking capabilities and be willing to travel extensively.
