Job Description

Role will be responsible for general trade sales for Mumbai (inclusive of Thane and Raigarh). To direct the sales team and establish sales targets Brand Wise / Pack Wise as per the plan. To establish coverage, distribution and display objectives in line with the business plan and achieve turnover targets, profit targets and market share targets. Analyze Stock Movement based on the secondary sales and have a complete control on inventory. Have a clear focus on traditional channels to build distribution, visibility and volumes. The position has the administrative responsibility of running the CFA in his territory in co- ordination with logistic and regional accounts manager. CANDIDATE PROFILE: Years of experience: 18 - 20 years. Incumbent must have good exposure to handing P/L, understanding profit sharing calculation and preparation of feasibility studies. Candidate must be aware of the retail associations and should have exposure to trade promotions. Must have strong general trade sales exposure in the foods and beverages or FMCG sector. Strong sales experience in the Mumbai market. Good team management skills. Ability to handle a large T/O.,
