About Business line/Function : India Info Sec domains consists of India IT Security, Business and IT Continuity and Offshoring activities such as Identity Access Management, Application Security, Data Leakage, Security Monitoring Centre (SMC) and Third Party Security Review. Job Title: Business Account Manager Date: Department: India Info Security Location: Mumbai Business Line / Function: CIB ITO Reports to: (Direct) India ISPL CISO Grade: (if applicable)NA (Functional) Number of Direct Reports: NA Directorship / Registration: NA Position Purpose Business Account Manager (BAM) looks after the budgetary & governance aspects for the Info Sec remit. The budgetary aspects entails capex and opex spends and head counts for the entire Info Sec (IT Security, BCM and Offshoring). The governance entails in ensuring the reporting is done in a timely manner, SLAs are available and aligned for the services that are rendered. Responsibilities Business Account Manager India Info Sec Direct Responsibilities
    1. Budget Creation:
      • Drive the creation of budget packs for India Info sec (IT security, BCM and Cybersecurity Offshoring) for India territory. This includes, but not limited to capex and opex spends.
      • Understanding the impact of the spends planned and informing the impacted stakeholders
      • A lign the headcounts for all teams under India Info sec and BCM domain (including offshoring teams) with global and local stakeholders
    2. Budget Management:
      • Ensuring that spends are aligned to the agreed/approved budget
      • Keep an all-round view of the expenses for Info sec team, to understand the fluctuations and mitigate if necessary
      • Ensure that the chargeback are agreed with stakeholders
      • Address clarifications from stakeholders for budget related queries
      • Project/ track any over consumption and assess the impact
      • Track that the recruitments are in line with the budget
    3. Governance :
      • Prepare and Publish standardized reports / management decks periodically
      • Review SLA s and ensure they are ACTIVE and in alignment with stakeholders
      • Ensure all organizational tools are up to date for time tracking
    Contributing Responsibilities
    • Prepare adhoc presentations for senior management
    • Perform projecting spends and impact analysis for new / ongoing projects
    • Coordinate with different departments (e.g. Project Services, Performance Management, HR etc.) to gather and analyze information
    • Monitoring & tracking of Info Sec KPIs
    Technical & Behavioral Competencies Technical:
