Title : Business Operations ManagerLocation : Either Mumbai office or tolling site in and around Mumbai depending on the needQualificationThe desired candidate should have a strong technical background, preferably with Chemical Engineering / Chemistry degree. The candidate should have 5- 6 year experience at manufacturing operations as well having experience in managing multiple tolling sites. Must have handled consumer product manufacturing.Knowledge of computers / SAP .Excellent verbal and written communications skills in EnglishThe ability to interact effectively and professionally with the customers ( internal and external ).Strong project management skills and ability to deliver results in agreed timescale.Ability to perform under minimal supervision.An understanding of regulatory background affecting our business.Job DescriptionThe desired candidate will manage and optimise operations of third party manufacturing and take care of QC need as well technology transfer.Monitor, measure, audit and manage existing toll manufacturing performance and costs. Identify appropriate Key Result Areas for tracking.Provide technical support for production and quality issues. Optimise operations, achieve continuous improvements.Manage Technology transfer with R&D and other manufacturing sitesCo- ordinate with Marketing, R&D and regulatory for new product tolling opportunitiesCoordinate with SCM for production planning.Ensure material as per defined quality.Set up the QC evaluation system.Packaging evaluation as per the predefined requirementEnsure compliance of the EHS standards.,
