Business Process Re- engineering (BPRG) unit has been constituted within the Risk Managementfor Retail & Business Banking function forend to end process audits and business requirements and suggests the changes. BPRG team will also suggests and improve the process based on the competitors analysis & other best practices. In addition this team will coordinate with respective policy team for any change in the process /gap mitigations.Job Role & descriptionsThe Incumbent will be responsible for end to end process review for Retail loans& identification of gaps, building necessary control and efficiencies with necessary improvement in the processes.Key components of the joba. End to end understanding of Retail Banking Loan Processes & Systemsb. To evaluate / design /execute and monitor business processesc. Deep dive and Identification of process gaps, system issuesd. Proposing Corrective action plans, re- design and establishment of Key Risk Indicators, utilizing a variety of management metrics and toolse. Discussions and co- ordinations with various departments and stakeholders & follow ups for closure of actionable.f. Identification of areas for process improvement enabling customer delightg. End to end Presentation on a Process covering scope of work, challenges, resolutions with timelines to the Senior Managementh. Providing support to Risk and control management in implementation of quality and effective suitable internal control mechanismThe incumbent will work on various process improvement projects along with teams such as BDTS, Policy, Risk, and Operations & Business.a. Understanding of Banking policies, loans and practicesb. Eye for details and good learning acumenc. Good analytical, communication (verbal and written)& inter personal skills.d.
