Job Description

1.

  • Lead the team of Merchandising function for Mobile Accessories. Will focus on pricing, promotions & allocation. Lead the merchandising team
  • Executing procurement discussion, working capital targets and Brand Partnerships.
  • It will be a newcommerce/ B2B2C model, where they will infuse general trade with e-commerce business model for consumer durables and consumer electronics category.
  • It is a well-funded venture, and plans to kickstart with approx. 1Bn USD.
  • We plan to look at approx 25000 pincodes for this business.
  • They are currently hiring across levels, across functions, and need people with strong experience in consumer durables/ consumer electronics.
  • Will prefer engineers with management qualification for most of the roles.
  • Should be a target-driven go-getter with lot of ownership and analytical bent of mind
  • Overall lead Category performance for TV, Camera and Audio devices (Home & Portable).
  • Lead the team of Merchandising function for TV & AV. Will focus on pricing, promotions & allocation. Lead the merchandising team.
  • Stock allocation, assortment planning, replenishment , promotions & commissioning .
  • Executing procurement discussion, working capital targets and Brand Partnerships.
  • Support the Buyers in setting up the cost structure and provide market and OEM product analysis.
