Dear Candidate, We have an opportunity for CA - Inter qualified professionals with our MNC based out of Andheri (Mumbai); interested candidates should have experience in below mentioned Job Description Prepare audit scope, checklist and review methodology for the planned audit / unplanned assignment. Carry-out audits as per defined audit scope / management directives. CC, Packig credit, terms loans, forward contracts including currency hedging, Inter corporate depoists / loand , GL scrutiny, penal interest due to noncompliance of Covenants, over-utilization of sanction limit, balances in CC A/c, terms loan compliances and payment of interest, installment, Currency Forward Contract, Utilization & cancellation of FC, valuation of FC, Forex exposure position, and Secretarial Report assignment progress to Audit head and status of work completed, significant observations and areas pending on weekly basis. Report deviations to planned vis-a-vis actual work progress and make-up plan. Evaluate internal control adequacy / process deviation, operations inefficiency, avoidable cost. Identify process risk and recommend risk mitigation measures. Prepare draft audit reports and discuss with process owners and obtain action plan for mitigation of risk and strengthening of process controls. Obtain acceptance of audit observations and audit recommendation from respective auditees. Complete audit working papers and handover documents to the process owners / respective dept. Clear audit / assignment review comments of team leader / Audit head. Monthly follow-up & coordinate for implementation of audit observations. Follow-up & track implementation of reported audit findings and whenever required with managements interventions Assist audit head to standardize audit methodology for preparing audit findings. Make presentation to team members and process owners for audit / process improvement.
