Job Description

Dear Candidates.Pls find below the job profile for Calibration Coordinator

  • BCom graduate with complete knowledge and working exp on Tally, Excel & Word.
  • Exp -0 to 2 years preferably doing the above job
  • Good communication skills, interpersonal skills and computer skills
  • Remuneration : Between Rs. 13,000/- and Rs. 15,000/- pm, + Mobile phone reimbursement + Coverage under Personal Accident Policy + Gratuity as per Gratuity Act & Rules.
  • Candidate should be residing on the western line, i.e. preferably between Dadar and Borivali as she has to report at 9:30 every day.
    • Job role :
    1. Preparing quotations, purchase orders, generating invoices from Tally, coordinating with customers
    2. Sending Introductory email on calibration services
    3. Entering calibration data in software
    4. Maintaining calibration records
    5. Printing of calibration reports and preparing the calibration files
    6. Follow up on payments with customers
    7. Preparing reports on equipment tracking /update
    8. All other work related to the job of a Calibration Coordinator
