As Machine Solution Marketing & OEM Sales Leader you will be responsible for driving the continued successful market share growth through industrial automation and digitization within the Industrial Automation OEM market. This position manages the entire portfolio for Machine Solution and strategic account sales in Greater India Zone. In this role , you will be driving a team of Dynamic KAM s who are responsible for top OEM accounts ( Leaders in their Segments) in the country to drive C Level relationship , create Schneider branding and prescription in those segments thru these top accounts to create pull business for National Sales via our wide partner network.Defining sales plans, providing information about the evolution of the market, developing sales forecasts and monitoring deviations from targets and taking appropriate actions to close any gaps will be key within this role to ensure the team continues to be successful. You will also lead Machine Solutions business and achieve profitable business growth with full P&L accountability. You will be responsible to define, develop and deliver differentiated solutions and product offerings that focus on winning market share. The role demands deep market analysis and insights and managing AMR, defining an appropriate offer to the relevant market, while defining pricing, GTM, and value proposition. A significant part of the role is to animate the channel and segment sales teams with the relevant sales tools, competitive offer specific battle cards and Marcom plan. A pivotal part of the function is to define price and GM while presiding over special pricing decisions. Manage the product lifecycle driving a high vitality index through intimate VOC/VOM and execution of product launches. You will be an experienced leader and able to embed a culture of high performance within the team. Coaching and developing your team to learn and improve their performance and be disruptive in the market place. You will be responsible to develop and accelerates talents by identifying potential and supporting development. You will be travelling at least 50% of your time in this role. You will ensure the consistency and delivery of the market strategy for OEMs and through strong collaboration you contribute to overall zone business targets. You will be self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and together with a highly matrixed sales and offer marketing team. With a passion for digitisation, sustainability, technology, and innovation you will take a keen interest in keeping up to date with the latest trends in the market and the key challenges that your customers face and need solutions for. Principle Accountabilities
    • Accountable for P&L for defined business and portfolio
    • Responsible for achieving top line (according to offer strategy), profitability (GM) and incremental price realization (DP)
    • Define Machine Solution offer portfolio and product strategy based on knowledge on competitor activities .
    • Product portfolio management including product strategy, product positioning, product road map, product launches etc. to achieve profitable sales
    • Drive technology thought leadership through Sales, BD and larger partner eco system.
    • Aim for and achieve higher Vitality index as defined in AMSP roadmap
    • Owns AMSP process for respective activity
    • Develop battle cards and animate strong sales enablement as well as for the partners ecosystem.
    • Giving inputs to regional and global teams and participate in the product evolution projects.
    • Giving feedback to quality teams based on the product performance in the field.
    • Lead SIOP with GSC team for the offer basket managed by the team.
    • Accountable for sales at Key Accounts of the country.
