Job Description

    *RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Solution designed from ground up for Monetization Marketing using Adobe Campaign classic for Financial client for their new business.
    • Acted as a specialist primarily for Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and other marketing automation product suites and recommended best practice solutions to the client based on business needs.
    • Served as liaison to the business and managed communications and status of key initiatives and/or issues and remediation efforts to key stakeholders and leadership
    • Conducted workshops and interviews to understand the current state architecture & pain points to perform gap assessment and design the future state architecture and build plan
    • Designed and developed technical architecture, data model, deliverability plan, implementation plan and Operate Guide.
    • Lead the implementation of building multi-channel campaigns for Push, In-App, SMS, and Emails. Responsible for end-to-end delivery using Agile methodology.
    • Part of Marketing Centre Of Excellence initiatives and leading various Go-To-Market initiatives, apart from working on various Marketing automation POC s and pre-sale opportunities.
    • Validate the Functional and Technical Spec and get it approved from the Client stakeholders.
    • Working as Technical Lead & Managing delivery of several major/minor releases Involve in the complete SDLC of this project including project planning, stakeholder s communication, Requirement analysis, Design, Development including UAT & deployment.
    • Leverage campaign management tool(s) to design and execute direct marketing campaigns across direct mail, email Campaign optimization and design, understanding of data and campaign business rules
    • Managing campaign requirements and changes throughout the campaign workflow and set expectations appropriately wif business owners and management/business partners for the changes.
    • Technical Activities include Designing Workflow configuration, Universe Implementation, Design Data Import Scheduler, Defect fixing and testing, Creating templates, users management Customer Segmentation, Campaign Design, Offer Management, Data Extraction, Set-up and support of campaign production for marketing campaigns, Uploading Audience Members in bulk
    • Real time & offline Integration wif external systems using web services, batch scheduler
    • Test case preparation and Review
    • Installation of Confidential Tools, Configuring Server
    • Maintenance and L3 support activities Ensuring proper knowledge is shared across the team. Have posted lots of technical document in Confidential Blogs.
